We Can’t Be Bought!

Our list includes only contractors and tradespeople that we would hire to work on our own homes, and - unlike some home improvement bidding sites - we don’t do “pay to play.” Contractors make our list based on their reviews, quality of work, and fair practices. We don’t accept commissions or payments to list anyone on our site.

We have a multi-tiered approach to hand selecting who is allowed in our Beyond Handy vendor network. This includes insurance verification, sourcing customer reviews, personal conversations with the vendor, “secret shopper” jobs where we hire the company to perform a job for us, and “ghost calls” to ensure proper customer service. We continually vet each vendor by listening to our customers to see that everything went well on their projects.

No. We do not take any portion of repairs booked through our vendors, no referral fees, no kickbacks, absolutely nothing. Our customers receive all the benefits of our relationships as part of being our subscription customers.

The customer will be responsible for all repairs and that will be paid directly to the vendor partner.
