We organize our 360 Home Health report so you can easily understand what items need immediate attention.
Sometimes components of your home may need a little extra TLC. Wear and tear is normal and to be expected. Still, we understand only some have a trusted contractor they can call for larger projects. If we find something that needs to be serviced or replaced that we don't do ourselves, you can reference our Beyond Handy portal of vetted contractors.

A home inspection is performed to assess a home prior to purchasing, Flat is here to keep or improve your home’s health baseline. This should not take the place of a home inspection and our HomePro’s are not home inspectors, rather professional handy people with years of experience related to residential and commercial maintenance and repair.
Your entire home - floor to ceiling, inside/outside, utilities, and appliances will all be cataloged and assessed while onsite. If there are any suggested action items, these will be detailed on your report with pre-priced repair recommendations. These repairs can be booked with a few clicks, taking all the headache out of the process.
We will show you what areas of your home are in need of immediate attention, what areas will need attention in the future, as well as everything that is in working order.
