Every Flat visit includes:
Simple tweaks can make a house feel like home and help you enjoy your space, but many people lack the time or the tools to complete them. Our hands-on helpers will tackle your "honey do" list during their visit so you can finally hang those photographs or swap that light fixture.
Every visit we make for a home assessment and annual or biannual maintenance includes one hour of extra time to complete whatever small projects you’d like us to help with. If there’s something that’s been bothering you about your home, let us know; we might have a creative solution.
Everything in Assessment plus:
Each subscription includes any handy project that will not exceed 1 hour. Some examples are: hanging pictures, re-caulking tubs/sinks/backsplashes, replacing electrical outlets, installing new smoke detectors, etc.
Any 3rd party vendor partner work is not included in the subscription. This would include roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc.
If you have a project you’d like completed, this must be planned in advance and you will only be responsible for the time over the 1 hour.
Flat will cover caulking, drywall anchors, nails, and screws. The customer is responsible for all other material associated with the requested repairs.
